British American Tobacco South Africa - Proud to BUnited
We are proud to BUnited.
At BAT, we think of diversity as all those attributes that make us unique, including: our ethnicity, cultural and social backgrounds, gender, age, any disability, sexual orientation, religion, education, professional background, perspectives and thinking styles.
A supportive and inclusive culture that treats everyone equally, while embracing our differences, is fundamental to our business and our continued growth into the future.
BUnited is BAT's Lesbian, Gay, Bi & Trans community network, supporting LGBTQ+ employees and allies across the globe.
BAT joins thousands or organisations across the world to celebrate Pride month, a month dedicated to the LGBTQ+ community.
We remain committed to fostering an inclusive environment where difference is valued, where all employees feel they belong and are at their best.
